Year 10 can be a turning point for many students at school now more than ever. So how do we motivate and ensure our students succeed in their senior years?

Year 10 marks the point where many students realise the education strategies they have been using or goals in school need to be redefined or no longer work for them.

Learners have to re-learn the criteria for success and re-learn a new winning game for their senior years of school and into the future. So navigate the motivation criteria and coach students for success in their academic lives. These coaching conversations guide clear, determined leaders and learners of tomorrow in your schools.

Key takeaways

  • strategies for relearning the criteria for success
  • greater understanding of the criteria of student motivation
  • tools and strategies for successful coaching conversations.
