Andrew Fuller
Dr Andrew Fuller is a clinical psychologist, family therapist, author, speaker and creator of Learning Strengths™. Andrew has worked with over 3,000 schools in Australia, NZ Asia and the UK and with more than 5000,000 young people on core elements of resilience - connect, protect and respect (CPR) and building The Resilient Mindset. Andrew Fuller is a Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne and has been a scientific consultant for the ABC and a regular presenter on Radio National. He has established programs for neuroscience and education and the promotion of mental health in schools, substance abuse prevention, and the reduction of violence and bullying, suicide prevention programs and for assisting homeless young people.
Simon Le Plastrier
Simon Le Plastrier is the Principal of Eltham College in Victoria. He has experience in senior leadership in Independent Schools across Melbourne, Victoria establishing cultures of care, commitment, and focus.
Simon is an extremely energised and enthusiastic educator and remains dedicated to the classroom, still teaching in the classroom today.
Simon has shared his educational expertise at various conferences over the years, including the ACHPER Health and Well-Being in the Middle Years Conference (2007) and the Inaugural Victoria Parents Council Symposium (2008). He has also contributed to our local community as part of the Nillumbik Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) and the Green Wedge Management Plan review.
